We ship shoes in EUR sizes, so refer to the corresponding EUR size when selecting;

If you have wide or thick feet, we recommend sizing up.

ExampleFor a woman with a foot length of 23.5 cm: Find for 23.5 cm in the "Women" section. It corresponds to US size 7.5 and EUR size 38, so choose EUR 38.

3. When Will You Ship the Order?

Normally, we will arrange shipment within 48 hours after receiving your order. You will get the tracking information within 3–5 working days after dispatch.However, if the items are out of stock, or if delivery is affected by bad weather, COVID-19 restrictions, or other unforeseen reasons, we will contact you immediately.
